Ghada Jamal (b. Beirut, 1955) studied at LAU before earning her MFA from California State University Long Beach in 1990. She lived in the U.S. until 2002, when she returned to Lebanon. Jamal has exhibited widely across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East, with works in major collections including the National Museum of Women in the Arts and Mathaf. She has also taught for over 17 years at AUB and NDU.
