Hasko Hasko (b. Afreen, Syria, 1973) studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Damascus, graduating in 2000. Working primarily in oil and mixed media, his practice draws on nature, animals, and mythological figures rooted in his regional context. He has exhibited in Syria and internationally, including in Lebanon, the UAE, Iraq, and London, and lives and works in Damascus.
