Boushra Mustafa (b.1984, Syria) is a Syrian artist known for her emotive sculptures that explore themes of hope, despair, and resilience. She earned a degree in Fine Arts from Damascus in 2005 and is a member of the Art Association.
Her work reflects the human condition through sculptural forms that contemplate existence, adversity, and the pursuit of hope in uncertain times.
Mustafa has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Damascus and Aleppo, as well as the Beirut Art Fair. She held her first solo exhibition in Syria in 2010 and has taken part in various workshops to further develop her practice. She has been awarded first prize for sculpture twice, in 2006 and 2008.
